Your tour begins in the morning with hotel pickup by private vehicle and an experienced driver.

First, you will visit Ubud artist in their painting work in Ubud village which is well known as the center of arts in Bali. They painted wayang style, demons and magical figures taken from old Bali folklore and Hindu legends. Later they used modern technique and material for coloring. This in part, because of suggestions from some expatriate artists who visited and lived around Ubud village at the beginning of the twentieth century. They introduced modern materials, such as canvas, ink, acrylic, water color, etc. More important was the introduction and inspiration given to the Balinese to paint not just mythological themes, but also everyday lives and scenery. These ideas then influenced some Ubud painters to experiment with new styles of painting. It’s resulted to what some people called Ubud style of painting.

Next, explore Kintamani village to see the view of Batur volcano surrounding by it’s lake. Kintamani is beautiful place to see at the day time, you can see the entire the area during the clear weather. It is located in Kintamani sub district, Bangli Regency as well as about 2 hours by car from Denpasar. The top tourist attraction in this area is the view of Batur Volcano. Batur volcano has erupted about 24 times since year 1800 and still active till this present. Since the mount erupting, it has impacted to the local society life around this mount, like removing temple, improve or repairing the village and re-arrange the tradition. The volcano itself surrounding by Lake Batur, which  is the biggest lake in Bali and functioning as irrigation source to all farmers around it and it is also for all Bali society generally.

After enjoy the spectacular view of Batur volcano, you will be leaded to Besakih Mother Temple. It will take around 30 minutes to get there from Kintamani village. It is located on the slope of  Agung Mount about 1000 meters above sea level. The magnificent view and artistic of the building temples are featuring this temple. Pura Besakih is a Hindu temple is very complex, the main temple surrounded by many temple existing in this area, from the first parking area up to the foot of the mountain. This temple is full of religious ambiance with Bali style ornaments decorating the temple building such as the doorstep, holy idol made from stone, gateway building etc. The temple owns the breathtaking view and active daily Balinese Hindu rituals with their religious activities.

In the afternoon, you will have a chance to enjoy natural view of Bukit Jambul rice terraces. It is located in Karangasem Regency and it will take around 30 minutes by car from Besakih Mother Temple. Bukit Jambul is the name of hill where there is a large banyan tree growing on the top of hill like crest so that the local people give it name as Bukit Jambul where Bukit is means hill, meanwhile Jambul is means crest. This place become famous because it was inspired by the most amazing scenery with rice terraces, winding road underneath and palm trees stretching to the sea. It is situated in the plateau area that is always covered by cool temperatures that make it as an ideal place for relaxation.
